現在讓我們相互擁抱，懷著莊嚴的職責和無比的快樂，這是我們永恒的與生俱來的權利。有共同的努力和共同的目標，用熱情與奉獻，讓我們回應歷史的召喚，將珍貴的自由之光帶入並不確定的未來。
