現在讓我們相互擁抱,懷著莊嚴的職責和無比的快樂,這是我們永恒的與生俱來的權利。有共同的努力和共同的目標,用熱情與奉獻,讓我們回應歷史的召喚,將珍貴的自由之光帶入並不確定的未來。
